Assessment Day Activities

myfirstsalesjob ® conduct a series of Assessment Days as per our Assessment Calendar to gauge the suitability of candidates for their first professional sales job.

Each assessment day is conducted under the guidance of one of our senior organisational psychologist to ensure the assessment processes & procedures are fair and valid.

The assessment days are designed to un-earth people with the raw talent and drive needed to become a successful, professional B2B salesperson. We equally encourage applications form Graduates, Career Changers and people re-entering the workforce.

We are however only able to select a small number of applicants each month from the hundreds of prospective candidates who apply for one of our listed sales jobs. The sales jobs we list are all real, many of which include a fully maintained company car or car allowance, mobile phone, laptop and expense account.
